Founded in 1980 as a sculptural and scenic production company, Studio Displays has evolved into a full-service exhibit production company supporting the interpretive and experiential needs of exhibit designers, planners, architects, museums, government agencies and cultural institutions throughout the United States.
Studio Displays’ Museum Group is led by a dedicated team of senior-level museum professionals in the areas of project management, budgeting and estimating, and fabrication who understand the unique requirements and expectations associated with planning, designing, producing, and installation interpretive exhibits.
To further support the needs and expectations of the museum community, Studio Displays has developed a network of proven service providers in the areas of architecture, professional engineering, exhibit design, content development, lighting design, and audio-visual development. These relationships allow us to collaborate with museums on a full spectrum of projects – exhibit design, design/build and build-only.
Studio Displays is located in two facilities with easy access to major interstates and Charlotte-Douglas International Airport. Our primary fabrication facility, built specifically for our needs, is over 35,000 square feet of requisite technology, equipment and workspace allowing us to offer the highest level of production quality and services to our clients.
Studio Displays is an active participant in the many local, regional and national professional organizations that support the efforts of museums, visitor centers and cultural attractions.
